In cases the Universal Rule is violated, the person should be reprimanded by the either Site Moderators or Topic moderators.  The User maybe banned temporarily due to offense until a written letter is received from the user stating that the offense will not be repeated again.

In scenarios where the Site Moderators and the Topic Moderator was not able to reprimand the user, the Oratorians should be able to remind their fellow brothers in the Oratory.
